Congratulations to all Fall Sports Teams:

  • Bowling under Coach Breslow was very close to a return trip to states.
  • Cross Country concluded a successful season under Coach Raymer and has Anna Mahoney advancing to regionals.
  • Both golf teams nearly advanced to regionals, the boy's with Coach Bluhm and the girl's with Coach Lechner, who saw Allie Papell finish three strokes from being a state champion!
  • Football plays their last two games at home with an opportunity to have a strong finish for Coach Dodaro. JV under coach Hoyt and freshmen under Coach Telford also had good seasons.
  • Swimming under Coach Karl has 10 swimmers advancing to regionals tomorrow.
  • Girl's volleyball under Coach Zarate concluded a successful season.

Prior to trying out for a sport you must:

1. Fill out an athletic packet from the Student Services office (or below). The packet must also include a current physical, a copy of your birth certificate and the packet must be notarized where specified.

2. If home schooled, you must fill out the home school paper work found at www.FHSAA.org in the forms section.

3. A check for $75 made out to West Boca Raton High School must accompany the packet. This is for insurance purposes.

4. The completed packet must be turned in to the coach of the team prior to tryouts. Students WILL NOT be permitted to try out until the completed athletic packet has been turned in.
